Jesus

Jesus made unique claims about himself. He said he was the Son of God who entered into human history as a man. As both God and man, Jesus was the only one able to restore humanity’s broken relationship with our Creator. Jesus stated he came to Earth to testify to the truth. Nowhere is the truth of God’s love and the reality of human sin seen more clearly than at the cross, where Jesus died for lost humanity. The chief evidence to support these claims is Jesus’ resurrection from the dead. Jesus said, “I have the authority to lay [my life] down and authority to take it up again.” It is new life and a relationship with himself that Jesus has to offer each of us.
